Yes — most clients start on Growth and move to Bookings Pro once they’re ready for ads and email marketing. You can upgrade or downgrade as your needs change.
Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. Your domain is always registered in your name, and the site itself is yours — I simply maintain the hosting and plugin licenses while you’re on a retainer.
What happens if I cancel a retainer?
Your site stays live. Premium plugin access deactivates after a 30-day grace period unless renewed, so there’s no sudden loss of functionality.
How long does a Custom Build take?
Timelines vary by scope, but most custom builds are completed within a few weeks of kickoff. I’ll give you a specific estimate once we understand your project.
What if I don't need an ongoing retainer?
That’s fine — retainers are optional. Once your Custom Build is complete, your site is fully yours. If you’d like occasional updates without a monthly plan, we’re happy to handle those as one-off requests instead.
